We are creating a paid trial test and will pay for 3 candidates to perform the same calculation . We will accept the 3 cheapest offers if we understand that the engineer has enough background to perform the task.
We need a calculation of the heat loss for 70m3 of sand at 500C with a shell of 200mm of concrete and 1000mm of mineral wool buried in soil at 12-15C.
The calculation should include the loss caused by 2 stainless steel ducts used to recirculate air at 500c temperature.
You should present all the calculations for reviewing and a graphic with heat losses for 8months.
The final result is less than 99.5% daily energy retention, engineers should propose construction alternatives.
