I have a working prototype of a three-layer “universal heat engine” that promises to cool almost any attached device to its target temperature in under five minutes. The design phase is complete; now I need hard numbers that confirm the cooling side of the claim.
Your assignment is to run an industrial-setting test that captures:
• How long the unit takes to bring a device down to the specified temperature
• How evenly that temperature is held across the device surface
You may choose the most appropriate instrumentation—thermocouples, data loggers, infrared imaging, or similar—but the measurements must be precise and repeatable in a production-floor environment where ambient conditions are less controlled than a lab.
Deliverables
1. A brief test plan outlining equipment, setup, target temperature, and step-by-step procedure (approved before testing starts).
2. Raw data files plus a concise report with graphs that highlight time-to-cool curves and temperature uniformity maps.
3. Your professional conclusions on whether the prototype meets the five-minute cooling promise and any recommendations to tighten performance if it falls short.
All proprietary drawings and operating instructions will be supplied once we agree on the engagement.
