Gearbox Stress FEA Simulation
Budget: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 INR
I need a full stress analysis and simulation of a gearbox design. The CAD model is available in [STEP/SolidWorks/Inventor] format. The goal is to test the gearbox under maximum load conditions and provide a detailed analysis of weak points.
✅ Scope of Work
• Perform FEA/CAE simulation of the gearbox (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus, or similar)
• Analyze:
• Gear tooth stress & contact stress
• Shaft torsional stress & bending loads
• Bearing loads and deformation
• Housing stress distribution
• Safety factor (FOS) under maximum torque
• (Optional) Thermal and fatigue analysis
