COMSOL Thermal Analysis Simulation

I need a COMSOL Multiphysics specialist to run a focused thermal analysis on a component I am developing. I will supply the geometry (STEP or native CAD), material data and the operating conditions I want replicated. Your task is to build or refine the model in COMSOL, apply the relevant thermal physics, mesh it appropriately, run the study, and interpret the results in clear engineering language.

The end goal is to understand how temperature evolves within the part and to see whether any hot spots emerge under the specified loads and boundary conditions. If you feel a coupled study or a transient run would reveal additional insight, please explain your rationale and include that in the workflow after we discuss it.

Deliverables
• COMSOL project file(s) with all physics, meshes, studies and post-processing steps preserved
• A concise PDF report summarising the setup, assumptions, plots (temperature fields, heat flux vectors, etc.) and key findings
• Screenshots or exported images suitable for presentation slides
