ANSYS CFD heat transfer and fluid flow simulation in two phase loop thermosyphon with high filling ratio. -- 2

Job ID: 39963613

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a complete, start-to-finish ANSYS Fluent study of turbulent, two-phase boiling and condensation inside a 2-D domain. You will begin by building the geometry from scratch, then create a high-quality mesh that resolves boundary layers and interfacial regions accurately. After that, set up the physics: turbulent flow (k-ω SST or a comparable model), a multiphase formulation suited to boiling/condensation (VOF with phase-change, or a similar approach), and all relevant material properties and thermal boundary conditions.

Once the case is running, iterate until residuals and key monitors converge soundly, then post-process temperature fields, volume-fraction contours, velocity vectors, and heat-flux data so the phase-change behaviour is clear. Please include a brief summary of assumptions, any mesh-independence check you perform, and the solver settings you choose—this will help me reproduce the work later.

Deliverables:
• ANSYS project archive containing geometry, mesh, setup, and solution files
• All plots, animations, and raw data used in your analysis
• A concise report (PDF or Word) explaining model choices, convergence history, and the main findings

Use any recent ANSYS release (v2021 R2 or newer preferred). Timing is flexible for quality, but let me know your estimated turnaround when you bid.
