Thai-English Marketing Translator Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m coordinating a series of business meetings and promotional roll-outs and need a fluent Thai ↔ English linguist who can translate marketing materials face to face. The work centres on brochures, taglines, and short pitch decks aimed at international partners, so accuracy, brand tone, and cultural nuance are critical.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Join me in person for brief translation sessions when new copy is drafted.
• Render clear, natural English while preserving the persuasive style of the Thai originals (and vice-versa when needed).
• Provide a clean, editable file after each session—ideally Word or Google Docs—with tracked changes so I can see your decisions.
• Flag any cultural references that might confuse an overseas audience and suggest fresh wording.
Familiarity with marketing vocabulary, brand positioning, and presentation flow is a plus. If you regularly work with CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, let me know—though the priority is speedy, in-person collaboration.
The assignment is hourly; scheduling is flexible but I expect a handful of short sessions over the next few weeks. If you’re confident in real-time Thai-English business communication and enjoy polishing marketing copy until it shines, I’d love to work together.
