script to replace a word on a txt and delete certain lines

I need a program to replace a given word for a random one (always same random word) on a txt file.
I also want the program to delete certain lines:
- Line containing *** HOLE CARDS ***
- And the following line, in the example below will be this one: Dealt to McRogerPoker [Jc 8h]

I want a very simple UI and I want the program to store/remember the input settings

Inputs:
- File or folder where the txt files are
- Nick (textbox): Word that will be replaced for a random 8 characters word (letters or numbers), always the same random word
- Output folder where the modified txt files will be saved
