Youth Triathlon Uniform Design

I'm seeking a creative designer to craft a tri-suit uniform for our youth triathlon team.
Requirements:
- Design elements: Team logo we have a mascot already but need to work with it a bit, athlete's name, and sponsor logos.
- Uniform type: Tri-suit
- Color scheme: Team colors (blue, white)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in sportswear design
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Ability to work within a specified color palette
