Fashion Designer Wanted

New company looking for a designer to create unique pieces. In particular our winter jackets. Will also include hoodies and sweaters, sleeveless and standard polos, and more for the successful designer.
I have an overall vision of individual pieces, but lack fabric knowledge, so really looking for someone/team who has a good understanding of how different fabrics work together. Experience with GoreTex, polyester and neoprene would be greatly appreciated, but thermals, different cotton grades and blends also important. Ideally looking for someone/team who wants to grow with us.

Key requirements:
- Design sleeveless polos, hoodies, sweaters (toddlers to adults), and waterproof jackets.
- Expertise in fabric knowledge and combinations is essential.
- Experience with GoreTex, polyester, neoprene, thermals, and various cotton grades is highly valued.
- Desire for a long-term partnership as we grow.

Looking for a creative and knowledgeable individual or team who can help bring my vision to life.

Ability to render 3d or know someone who does also a bonus!
