Tactical Pants Technical Design

I’m developing a pair of mission-ready tactical pants and need a complete, factory-ready technical package. The garment must perform in active military environments, so every detail has to prioritise durability, storage efficiency and all-weather comfort.

Core requirements
• Purpose: frontline military operations—no compromise on ruggedness.
• Fabric: ripstop nylon only, with a waterproof yet breathable finish.
• Features to embed: high abrasion resistance in stress zones, an intelligent pocket layout that keeps gear secure and accessible, and construction choices that shed water without trapping heat.

What I expect from you
1. Clean front, back and inside technical sketches with call-outs for each design element.
2. A concise spec sheet covering stitch types, seam allowances, bar-tack points and hardware.
3. A measurement chart (base size 32 in waist) ready for grading.
4. Material and trim list referencing ripstop nylon weights, coating/lamination notes, zippers, buttons and thread.
5. PDF and editable source files (AI or CAD).
