Sustainable Waterproof Laptop Tote

I’m developing an eco-friendly tote that can handle daily commuting and would like a skilled bag designer or pattern-maker to turn my concept into a production-ready tech package for manufacturers.
Core requirements
• Recycled or otherwise sustainable exterior fabric
• Single, fully adjustable shoulder strap
• Durable PU waterproof base (keeps the bag upright in wet conditions)
• Room for a 15-inch laptop plus a standard water bottle without crowding
• Secure zipper closure on the main compartment
• Organized interior featuring:
– one or more zippered pockets for valuables
– open slip pockets for smaller tech or notebooks
– elasticized pockets to hold bottle, umbrella, or charger
What I need from you
1. Detailed pattern and dimensional drawings ready for sampling.
2. A concise tech pack that lists recommended sustainable materials, hardware, and stitching details.
3. Construction notes that explain how to integrate the waterproof base and reinforce the strap attachment points.
4. A short bill of materials with sourcing suggestions (preferably certified recycled options).
If you have experience taking soft-goods from sketch to prototype—especially with recycled textiles and waterproof treatments—I’d love to see relevant samples or photos.
