Professional Armband Design

I need a professional-looking armband designed for walkers and bikers.

Requirements:
- Pocket for electronics enclosure
- LED lights around the outside inside of a diffusion tube

Material:
- Preferably fabric (open to suggestions on type, e.g., cotton, nylon, polyester)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in wearable design
- Proficiency in integrating electronics and LED systems
- Knowledge of various fabrics and their applications
- Strong aesthetic sense for professional appearance

Deliverables must include:

STEP files (editable 3D CAD)
STL files (for prototyping)
Fully dimensioned 2D drawings with tolerances
Material specifications for all components
Exploded assembly diagram
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Defined attachment methods (diffuser to strap, enclosure to strap)
Design suitable for both prototype and future mass production (injection molding)
