Kids Activewear Designer Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to kick off a small first batch of designs for our sporty active and swimwear line for children and teens and I’d like an experienced designer who can handle both the creative sketches and the construction details.
Scope of this first round
• Design at least five pieces spanning tops, bottoms, and full outfits for girls and boys aged 5–17.
• Keep the look fun, age-appropriate, and unmistakably athletic.
• Build simple yet complete tech packs for each item measurements , stitching lines, seam types, fabric breakdowns, label/trim/logo placement, and notes on pockets, zippers, and adjustable straps.
What I value
An eye for playful style balanced with practical knowledge of stretch fabrics, chlorine-resistant blends, and how different seams behave during active play. Thoughtful material suggestions that maximize comfort and durability are essential.
Deliverables
1. Initial concept sketches for five garments.
2. Basic tech packs for those concepts, ready for sampling.
3. A short materials list with recommended sources or specs.
