Custom Cotton Polo Prototype

I'm seeking an experienced apparel designer to create a prototype of a custom polo shirt.

Requirements:
- Made of 100% mercerized long-staple woven shirting cotton
- Short sleeves
- Stiffened collar, similar to a button-down dress shirt for structure
-Button structure with a raised stitch and four buttons going down to mid chest (see sample image)
-Tailored fit designed for generally in shape men.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in polo shirt design
- Proficiency in working with ultra high end smooth cotton fabrics
- Experience with stiffened collar construction
