Cotton Sportswear Design Project
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I’m expanding my line of athletic gear and want an experienced fashion designer to create a fresh range of cotton-based sportswear. The collection should combine the breathability and comfort of cotton with functional cuts that allow full freedom of movement during training sessions.
Here’s how I picture our collaboration:
You translate my brand ethos into original garment concepts—from silhouettes and colour stories to trim details—while keeping every piece performance-oriented. I’ll share mood-boards, target demographics, and price points; you refine these into professional sketches, detailed tech packs, and clear fabric specs that any manufacturer can follow.
Because cotton is the core fabric, please demonstrate how you’ve previously worked its properties into activewear: moisture-management treatments, strategic paneling, or blending with small percentages of elastane for stretch. Real, hands-on experience designing sportswear is what I’m keen to see, so include a concise overview of your past roles or collections that prove you can take a concept all the way to production.
