Women's Western Fashion Designer Needed (Bhopal)

Role: Fashion Designer (Women’s Western Wear – Premium Segment)

We are building a women’s fashion brand focused on modern, trend-driven western wear.

Work Mode (Non-Negotiable):
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal only.
Remote, hybrid, or freelance requests will not be considered.

Location Requirement:
Only candidates currently based in Bhopal or ready to relocate immediately and work on-site should apply.

Responsibilities
- Design original women’s western wear (dresses, coord sets, occasion wear)
- Create sketches + tech packs
- Select fabrics (satin, crepe, georgette, blends)
- Work directly with tailors/vendors for sampling
- Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective
- Translate trends into sellable products

Requirements
- Strong portfolio (minimum 5 original designs)
- Understanding of garment construction and fit
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and costing
- Ability to work physically with production team in Bhopal

Mandatory Task (before interview)
Submit:
1. 3 original dress designs (sketch or digital)
2. Fabric suggestion for each
3. Estimated production cost per piece
4. Target selling price
5. Target customer (age + occasion)
