Looking for a Fashion Designer for my Collab/Line

I would like to find a fashion designer/ collaborator to build three pieces of fashionwear for my daughter, Cadence. She is 20. I design things in other industries and will bring high technology, new materials and funding to the table. In return, I want to build 3 unique pieces every six to 9 months. I do not need web designers, or CAD, or manufacturing, or anything except very freaking talented Fashion Designer. I do not care about experience, only vision. Please show me what you have and let your portfolio speak for itself.
