Traditional Embroidery Artwork Design

I need an experienced embroidery designer to turn a concept of mine into a unique, traditionally-styled piece. This is not a logo, monogram, or repeating clothing pattern—I’m after something different that captures the rich texture and charm of classic hand embroidery while still being practical to stitch.

Once we begin, I’ll share a mood board, colour palette, and exact dimensions. From there, I’d like you to sketch the motif, refine it with my feedback, and then provide a production-ready file set:

• A layered PDF (or high-resolution image) that clearly shows placement, colour blocks, and stitch order
• A machine-readable file—DST or EMB preferred—optimised for smooth paths and minimal trims
• A concise colour legend and stitch count for reference

If you work in Wilcom, Hatch, or a similar tool, please mention it and give me an estimated stitch count so I can gauge run time. I’d like to see an initial draft within four days and final, polished files a week after that.
