After 22 years working with Shima Seiki systems I need help turning fresh knitwear concepts into fully-specified design drawings. The focus is pure textile work—no graphics or woven fabric—so you’ll be operating inside the Shima Seiki environment (SDS-ONE, APEX or APEX3) to produce machine-ready results.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A complete Shima Seiki design drawing for each style, saved in the native file format so I can load it directly onto the machine.
• A colour-accurate simulation image that clearly shows stitch definition and layout.
• A concise technical sheet noting yarn count, gauge, and any special instructions.
Acceptance criteria: the file must compile without errors on my side, match the requested gauge, and visually mirror the simulation you supply.
If you already work daily with Shima’s pattern creation tools, this will be straightforward; accuracy and clean, organised data matter most to me. I’ll share sketches and yarn details once we start so you can move quickly into the drawing phase.
