Premium Fleece Tech Pack Creation

I'm seeking an experienced tech pack designer to create a detailed tech pack for a high-quality fleece. This fleece will be used primarily for casual wear.
Key requirements:
- Use only the best materials available
- Prioritize softness and durability
- Incorporate a pastel color scheme
