Minimal Complex Artwork Embroidery Digitizing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a series of detailed TWU graphics that must be converted into machine-ready embroidery files for T-shirts. These illustrations include fine lines, shading, and layered elements, so I need a digitizer who can preserve the artwork’s depth while keeping the stitch count efficient for production on 100 % cotton tees.
I will supply the finished vector or high-resolution artwork the moment we start. Your task is to translate each piece into a clean, well-balanced stitch file that runs smoothly on a 15-needle industrial machine and still looks crisp after washing.
Deliverables
• Production-ready file in DST format, plus your native working file (Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent)
• Thread color chart with exact brand codes
• Stitch count, size confirmation, and placement guide
• One round of minor revisions after my test sew-out
Acceptance criteria: the design must sew at 1200 spm without thread breaks, sit flat on mid-weight cotton, and match the original art within a 1 mm tolerance.
