Hat Fabrication with Cotton

I need help adding cotton fabric to a large EVA foam hat. The fabric will be supplied by me. Fabric size is 1/2 yard with a width of 61”. Fabric only needs to cover the outside circumference of the hat and the top part. The brim can be left as is. I would like the inside of the hat to be more fortified so it doesn’t cave in when I add my design elements to the outside and top. The hat is 12” high and has a top diameter of 12”.

Requirements:
- Glue attachment preferred
- Experience with EVA foam and fabric is a plus
