Salary : 2,40,000 per month
Your Role
• .Dream, design, and document - from researching textile innovation to creating Tech Packs that bring concepts to life.
• Design and Create Samples across segments - women, men and accessories.
• Collaborate with labs, mills, and material experts to prototype and test your craziest (and smartest) fabric ideas.
• Help evolve the brand's design vocabulary — storytelling, mood boards, and visual strategy included.
• If you're a CLO3D whiz, even better — bring our pieces to life in virtual space.
• Work with the Tech Team on our Virtual Try-On App, bridging the worlds of design and digital.
• Dive deep into sustainability, herbal treatments, bio-composites, and everything that redefines conscious fashion.
• Not a know-it-all but can do-it-all attitude.
From there, I count on you to design and sample complete lines for women, men, and accessories. Tech Packs must be crystal-clear and factory-ready, covering construction, measurements, trims, and graded specs. If you can translate those styles into CLO3D, even better—I’ll integrate your 3D files with our in-house virtual try-on app so we can fine-tune fit and drape before a single swatch is cut.
The brand’s visual language matters just as much as the garments. You’ll help evolve it through tight storytelling, mood boards that set an unmistakable vibe, and a visual strategy that keeps every touchpoint cohesive, on-trend, and unmistakably ours.
Key deliverables:
• Fabric innovation reports and tested swatches aligned with sustainable, herbal, and bio-composite directions
• Full Tech Packs for each approved style (women, men, accessories)
• CLO3D garment files plus turntable renders for virtual reviews
• Story-driven mood boards and an updated visual strategy deck
