Custom Loudmouth Golf Pants

I'm looking for a skilled tailor or designer to create a custom pair of golf pants based on a discontinued Loudmouth design.

Requirements:
- Split design: One half Kelly green with white shamrocks, other half white with green shamrocks.
- Fabric: Blended fabric preferred.
- Reference image provided for accuracy.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with custom clothing, especially pants.
- Familiarity with golf apparel design.
