Casual Women’s Dress & Top Design

I’m putting together a new line of casual women’s wear focused specifically on dresses and tops and I need a fashion designer who can translate fresh, everyday style into professional, production-ready material. The end goal is a small capsule collection that feels relaxed yet polished—think easy silhouettes, breathable fabrics, and details that make the pieces stand out without tipping into formalwear territory.

Here’s what I’m after: concept sketches that capture the overall vibe of each piece, detailed flats, and accompanying tech packs that a manufacturer can follow without question. If you prefer working in Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar software, that’s perfect—just be sure final files are delivered in formats that sampling and production teams commonly use (AI, PDF, DXF, or similar).

Because this is targeted at women’s casual wear, a keen eye for current fit trends, fabric weights, and color palettes is essential. Please include any relevant portfolio links showing past work on casual dresses and tops, plus a brief outline of your design process so I can see how you move from inspiration to final spec.
