Casual Menswear Designer Needed

I’m developing a new men’s clothing label that focuses on casual style, starting with T-shirts and shirts. I need a fashion designer who can take the lead on the full creative process:

• Develop original concepts that feel fresh and on-trend for a casual male audience
• Create detailed color palettes and suggest fabrications that balance quality, comfort, and price point
• Produce complete tech packs (measurements, construction notes, trims, colorways) ready for factory sampling and production

Experience in men’s apparel is essential—please share relevant portfolio pieces that highlight previous T-shirts, button-downs, polos, or other casual tops you have taken from sketch to sample. If you have handled graphic placement, fabric sourcing, or lab-dip approvals, mention that as well.

Timing is flexible but I’d like to move quickly once the direction is set, so let me know your current availability and typical turnaround for concept boards and tech packs. I’m initially focused on casual items, yet I may branch into formal or athleisure lines later; strength across categories is a plus.
