- **Industry**: Hosiery & Apparel (factory based in Ludhiana, Punjab)
- **Requirement**: Apparel/Garment Designer to create **production‑ready designs** (tech packs, measurements, fabric usage) for winter wear and expansion into summer collections.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Develop creative yet practical designs for hosiery and summer apparel.
- Provide **complete design files** (patterns, sketches, CADs, or tech packs) suitable for factory production.
- Suggest fabric choices, trims, and finishing details aligned with market trends.
- Collaborate with factory team to ensure designs are **scalable for bulk production**.
- **Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in **hosiery, knitwear, or casual apparel**.
- Strong knowledge of textile design, garment construction, and fashion trends.
- Ability to deliver **digital design files** (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, or similar).
- Prior work with factories or export houses is a plus.
- **Location**: Ludhiana (preferred for factory visits) or remote (Delhi/online acceptable).
- **Project Scope**: Start with a **capsule collection** (few designs) → expand into full seasonal line.
