QA tester for Digital Services (Czech Republic)

I need a QA tester for Mobile Digital Services. The testing is basic: we just need to ensure the UX in subscription process is the correct one and have some screeshoots to revise it on our side. BUT we need the tester to be in Czech Republic, and be able to communicate with us in englush or italian or French or Spanish
