technical support for mobile App & Website

I'm looking for an experienced technical support specialist who can provide on-going support with mobile App & Website. The individual must be comfortable with both Android and iOS.
This long-term support role will require them to handle user acceptance testing (UAT), UI&UX, functionality, code analysis and scalability & security testing. The manual & automated tests that may need to be performed include logging in and out, customer service, bug fixing and code optimization.
The role also involves live chat support whenever needed, and being available for a specified period of time to handle any issues or questions. Thus, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with both live support and the ability to work breaks down and solve problems at set times.
This project requires someone with excellent technical aptitude who can quickly and accurately assess and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
