QA for Food Delivery System

We need a freelancer experienced in Quality Assurance (QA) to perform thorough testing on our food delivery system, which includes multiple platforms: Admin Dashboard, Restaurant Dashboard, Restaurant App, Driver App, and Client App. The system is designed to facilitate smooth interactions between restaurants, drivers, and customers while providing a seamless experience across web and mobile interfaces.
What we need:
Functional Testing: Ensure that all features in each app/dashboard work correctly (e.g., order processing, menu management, payment processing, driver tracking, etc.).
Test edge cases and scenarios (e.g., multiple orders at once, cancellation, reassigning orders).
Usability Testing: Test the ease of use for all users: admin, restaurant, drivers, and customers.
Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements for better navigation and flow.
Cross-Platform & Cross-Device Testing:
Test compatibility and functionality on iOS, Android devices, and web platforms (for dashboards).
Ensure consistent performance and UI across different device resolutions and operating systems.
