Writing testing reports on Microsoft Word

I'm looking for someone to help with writing testing reports for a project I'm working on. The primary purpose of these reports is to document any bugs that are found. As part of the test, I also require screenshots of the results. Each report should be 2- 3 pages long. Experience with testing software and writing reports is necessary.
