Workflow Automation Tool Testing

Job ID: 39925142

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m opening up our new workflow automation app to a small pool of mixed users—both technical and non-technical—to shake out bugs and gather actionable data. Your job is to put the tool through its paces, then share concise feedback and screenshots where something misbehaves.

Core tasks I need you to cover:
• Create at least one brand-new workflow from scratch.
• Execute several of the ready-made workflows exactly as provided.
• Tweak an existing workflow, run it again, and note any differences.

Focus your observations on:
• Accuracy—does every step fire in the right order with the expected result?
• Overall experience—navigation clarity, layout, and anything that feels confusing or slow.

Deliverables:
1. A short bug log (Google Sheet or CSV) listing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and browser/OS.
2. A brief user-experience summary (1–2 paragraphs) highlighting what felt smooth and what needs refinement.
3. Any screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issues you found.

This is a basic round of testing, so please keep reports concise and straightforward. I'll provide app name and details once you are onboard
