Website bug testing/ UI/UX, logic testing

I am looking for a skilled tester to help me with website bug testing, UI/UX and logic testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in both front-end/UI and back-end/Logic testing.
I have some ideas about the areas that need to be tested, but I don't have a comprehensive list of issues. The tester should be able to identify any issues and provide feedback on how to fix them.
The website needs to be tested on both desktop and mobile devices, so the candidate should have experience in both desktop and mobile device compatibility testing.
BASIC LOGICS OF ACCOUNT TYPES TO THE WEBSITE AND OTHER LOGICS CAN BE PROVIDED AND EXPLAINED TO EASE YOUR JOB.
THERE ARE MANY FORMS AND FIELDS AND BUTTONS TO BE TESTED IF IT IS WORKING PROPERLY.
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE SENSE OF WHAT DISPLAY, INCLUDING ACCOUNT AVATAR ETC, AND SCREENSHOT THE ERROR OR WRONG LANDING PAGE ETC, AND ABLE TO SUGGEST THE BETTER WAY OF CHANGE NEEDED
AND FINALLY YOU SHOULD DOCUMENT THE BUGS AND RECOMMENDED CHANGES WITH SCREENSHOT AND DRAWING TO A GOOGLE DOC
