Website and Mobile Tester

I need someone to test features and functions on website (like log in, sign up, adding friends, chat functions) and create a list of tasks that need fixing and their recommendation how it should work considering based on other website. Tester needs to keep track of issue. This will be used to manage my developers.
*Possibly be good with Facebook Marketing, Google ADS,.. I prefer the user understand playstore and apple store applications.
