Web3 Onboarding Flow Usability Testing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a few people who already feel comfortable with MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and Coinbase Wallet to walk through a brand-new onboarding experience and tell me where it falls short. You’ll run through the flow on a desktop browser, connect one of your existing wallets, carry out a couple of on-chain transactions on a testnet, and jot down anything that seems confusing, slow, or out of place.
Because this is a live product, I’m interested in feedback that reflects a real user journey rather than a developer’s eye. If a label is unclear, a button is hard to find, or gas prompts appear at an odd moment, let me know. Screenshots or short screen recordings are welcome but not mandatory; clear written notes are essential.
Deliverables (ASAP):
• A concise report highlighting each friction point you encountered, why it felt awkward, and a quick suggestion to fix it.
• Confirmation that you successfully connected your wallet and completed the required on-chain steps on the test network.
