Currently in search of a virtual operations manager for a US based, online SaaS platform that offers services & subscriptions to real estate investors. As an ops manager some of your duties will include:
1. QA testing
2. Meet and create OKRs
3. System maintenance & improvement
4. Budget planning and managing
5. Follow customer feedback and create/implement improvements
6. Help with growing our platform
The ideal candidate will have knowledge in web technologies and basic real estate. An understanding and experience in marketing- to include social media campaigns, online marketing, sales funnels, and CRM set-up is beneficial.
Must be fluent in English
This is a long term position- pay is monthly.
