UiPath Developer for Onsite in Gurugram, Haryana

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UiPath Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate key business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust and scalable automation solutions. 

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions, including process design documents, user manuals, and runbooks.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and implement exception handling and error recovery mechanisms. 
Perform thorough testing and quality assurance of RPA solutions.
Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, ensuring their smooth operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
Contribute to the overall RPA strategy and roadmap.
Potentially mentor junior developers.
