I need a virtual assistant to review our developer's work diary.

Qualification :
a. Understood well UIUX
b. Long term works

Here's are your working steps procedure :
1. Our developer's engineers will work on our app to fix/modify things
2. They will pick up a bug/works from this GS (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GcGZDiuhIBjW2PZ3-AeUGNaXFfG1Rs6S3OIRRfm4sso/edit#gid=1208229849), then they will screenshot/screen video record their work in column Z->BD.
3. Then they will write down list of works once a week here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EJRmrH7nW3izB56DbN9CX-ANRLpRhc31DPOJmSt8Tcs/edit#gid=0

So it's your job to review if their work was done nicely or not.

You will be paid $10 for each 30 findings you find.
Example of findings are:
- Not done
- There's no screenshot proof of fixed/done works (missing proof)
- There's no screen video record of fixed/done works (missing proof)
- The work was not done properly, features are still bugging
- Developer did not screenshot / screen video record the whole UX properly so we can't see if work is done or not
