Testing a website

We have website that is for posting a job as client and Applying for a job as a worker.
We need tester to test end to end whole website and create tickets in case of issue.
Need to create tickets on Jira
Once bugs are fixed, need to retest and make sure bugs are fixed by inhouse developers
