Testing the website on provided test cases (for Canadian only)

Testing the website on provided test cases (I'll send you a Word document), like password recovery, website's opening speed, log-in, sign-up and etc. This is a gambling project, so looking for a specialist who has worked with similar projects before.
The specialist must be in Canada because there are some local tests.
