We are seeking a qualified Quality Assurance (QA) tester to help ensure the highest level of quality for our cutting-edge Fintech web application. The application is designed to provide a seamless financial experience for users and aims to disrupt traditional financial ecosystems. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for running tests, documenting bugs, and helping to improve the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
Execute all the test case scenarios and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Generate test reports and documentation to detail the quality of the application.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure thorough code testing and quality.
Perform both manual and automated testing strategies.
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Help establish QA procedures and guidelines.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely bug fixes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
