This is a testing project for a leading smart home device manufacturer. This project aims to test a new device that enhances traditional intercom systems by integrating them with a smart mobile application, allowing for audio and video interaction with visitors directly from your smartphone.
The smart home device bundle includes a hardware module and software components. The hardware is designed to interface with existing intercom systems to add smart functionalities. It connects via two to three wires to the existing intercom panel inside your home. The software component is an app that manages communication and control functionalities, allowing users to see and speak with visitors, and remotely unlock the door.
Your tasks in this project will be the following:
Installation of the device
Daily usage
Reporting any bugs or issues
Compensation: You will receive $150, with additional rewards for each bug you report. Plus, you get to keep the upgraded device.
