We are recruiting for Testing manager fully remot initially it would be 10 hours a week would extend to full time depending on your performance
Rate-5$/hour
Skills required:
1] Automation testing for Mobile apps
2] Manual testing for Mobile apps
3] Creating testing strategies
4] Creating test plans
5] Creating system & process for testings
6] Effective writing & Presentation skill
7] Good Planning & Organization skill
8] Good Communication skill

Work Experience:
At least 1-year experience as testing Manager [Handled small size team]
At least 1-year experience as Mobile Tester - Automation
At least 2-year experience as a Mobile Manual tester
Proven experience in creating test strategies & plans

Working time schedule:
Flexible, able to communicate twice in the office time hour

1] Creating Test Strategy of the Product
2] Creating Test cases
3] Resource Planning & Management
4] Implementing Automation framework
5] Reporting & communication
6] System & Process creation

Responsibility:
1] Maintaining high-performance product
2] Maintaining high customer satisfaction
3] Identifying the gaps in the current testing system and address it
4] Following personal KPIs & OKRs
5] Following organizational KPIs & OKRs
