Tester who can write Test Plans and Test a web application

I am looking for a freelancer Tester to write test plans, and test a web application for us. If the person knows test scripting using Selenium it would be great. I need someone who is available to start work immediately from tomorrow. Be able to work full time. One who can speak Tamil and lives in Tamil Nadu, India.
