Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to manually test our Saas application to catch all bugs/issues that might be present.

1. VoIP software (web-phone and a desktop application)
2. telecom solution (a website to configure everything)
3. facebook marketing integration
4. advanced AI features for automation
5. Data lookups for the calls
6. Stripe payments

The QA engineer will use and understand our application, understand the business rules, and then write the test cases. We will go over different aspects of the application one by one and plan the testing, and then write test cases for them. After getting the test cases approved by us, the QA will manually test the application and file bugs. We will do this feature by feature and setup smaller milestones to ensure coverage and quality.

Requirements:
1. Some experience with applications that use telecom/voip
2. The QA must be detail oriented and capable of finding edge cases
3. It would be nice if the tester has US phone numbers to make calls. Otherwise, we can buy temporary numbers for the QA if needed.
