Test an Android plug-in for OpenAI

Problem Description:-

This thing called puppet which allows you to control an android device with GPT, similar to what people do with a web browser. However all the testing currently sucks and I am hoping to get some help
All of you work should be open source. For an expert this should be very little work.
Acceptance Criteria:-
A change to the docs like the README documenting it
Screenshots or a moving gif of it working
You need to modify GitHub action so that way we can release new versions of puppet, either off a branch or tags.
We will need to figure out how to point the testing puppet to a specific UID / backend in a programmatic way to use different backends
We just need 1 or two tests demonstrating basic command and query capability
Technical Details
We use GitHub actions for CI/CD
