Software Tester -- 2

We are currently looking for a LATAM-based Software Tester with a well-established track record of accomplishments. As the ideal candidate, you will have to be comfortable with all the phases of the software testing cycle, as well as having great analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a focus on the quality of our projects.
After being selected, you will assume the role of Software Tester for our ongoing effort of developing a proprietary CRM and Production System for the needs of our corporation.
Overview:
The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team via documentation. You may also interact with management in order to understand the requirements of the product.
To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Executing tests on software usability.
Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the development team.
Interacting with management to understand product requirements.
Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
Working knowledge of programming.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Great English Language skills.
Experience reviewing proprietary CRMs is a plus.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
