Senior QA Tester [ Mobile App Automation]
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are hiring React Native QA testers, with deep knowledge in Continuous Integration and Delivery, to work on a Mobile App, Web App and API. Our stack is react native, Nodejs (backend), angular1. We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. With sound knowledge and experience using tools such as 'Appium, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, BrowserStack'.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality. You will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. Please also send the list of IOS and/ Android devices that you own and also tell us what is your approach to test iOS and Android apps on multiple devices.
Requirements:
- Meeting with the software design team to discuss protocols for verification. Identify software application weaknesses and target areas.
- Outline ideas for automated software testing procedures.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.
- Design and install software databases.
- Troubleshooting automation software and completion of system procedures.
- Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve application failures.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Test Driven Design, Microservices, Continuous load testing
- Integration, Continuous Delivery, Docker, Google Cloud and Amazon AWS
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results
Reporting and documenting technical issues
Knowledge:
- Appium, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, BrowserStack'
Qualifications:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software [E.g. Appium, Java, Cucumber, Selenium, BrowserStack' and SQL]
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Mandatory Requirement- With experience automating React Native+ IOS applications
And have experience doing App Automation using BrowserStack.
