Senior Technician (Advanced Technical Role)
Nature of the Tasks:
• ✓ Implement, administer, and maintain complex multi-tier IT systems.
✓ Deploy and integrate tech components (DevOps, Agile).
✓ Provide technical feedback and documentation.
✓ Troubleshoot complex problems and suggest improvements.
✓ Analyze system requirements and validate implementations.
✓ Perform risk analysis for Change Management.
✓ Produce activity reports and future planning.
✓ Coordinate teams and priorities.
Education:
• ✓ University degree (minimum 4 years post-secondary or Bologna equivalent).
Knowledge and Experience:
• ✓ Very good ITIL service delivery knowledge.
✓ Very good system integrity maintenance skills.
✓ Good experience in complex multi-tier system design (including cloud).
✓ Good service delivery knowledge.
✓ Good automation skills (deployments, scaling, testing).
✓ Good knowledge of methodologies (DevOps, Agile, DevSecOps).
✓ Good GDPR understanding.
✓ Multilingual meeting participation, strong communication.
✓ International/multicultural adaptability, teamwork, self-starting.
✓ English (B2 CEFR).
✓ Minimum 6 years in IT service delivery, including 4 years in relevant tech.
