Senior Software Tester

We are seeking a qualified and experience Software Tester Trainer for Apprenticeship:

· Level 4 Apprenticeship in Software Tester

The post holder will mentor, assess and support our Apprentices and work-based mentors and audit requirements are met.

You must have good knowledge and experience in your respective area, have enthusiasm for teaching.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

· Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their qualifications

· Organising and maintaining documentation on learners Progress, Support, advise and motivate learners

· Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners individual needs

· Carry out reviews with learners and liaise with employers, completing supporting documentation

· Ensure Apprentice records are maintained and updated on Learner Management System

· Ensure Health & Safety assessments are completed to audit requirements in relation to workplace sites

· Keep up to date with professional and educational development within the sector and attend standardisation meetings

· Ensure apprentices can carry out necessary activities in the workplace and develop a plan of learning with employers

· Mark and support e-portfolio completion
